What is this, I was just browsing and ended up here?
This section of our site is utilized by campaign treasurers and candidates to upload electronic disclosure reports and certify their contents.
How come I can only see a few of the left menu options?
Either you are not yet logged in, or you are a new user and were given only a "Set Up" password. To use the system you need to change the "Set Up" password
to something that only you know. Once you have created a unique password that only you know the other options will become available.
Why do I need a password?
Without password protection anyone could file false reports and attribute those reports to a campaign they are not involved with.

How do I make sure no one other than me ever files a report under my name?
No security system is perfect. Even in the days of paper disclosure reports it would have been relatively simple to
submit a forged report claiming to be from you. However, by taking the following precautions you can
be reasonably certain to prevent false reports being filed:
- Never give anyone your password, for any reason. If you will not always be available to file reports
on behalf of your campaign make sure there are deputy treasurers available who have their own passwords.
- Always make sure to end your filing session by clicking the "Log Out" menu option, especially if you are
using a computer that is accessible to other users.
- If someone you do not know contacts you claiming to be from the SEEC or PDC and wanting to know your password,
or other information about your use of this filing system, do not help them. Ask to get their name and
phone number and offer to get back to them. Contact our Campaign Finance Law, Education and Compliance Advisor or IT Professional
if you have any concerns in this regard.
