Data files will contain all transactions or contributions reported by campaigns directly participating in the relevant election cycle.
Some notes on fields that are not self-explanatory:
"intLinkID_SEEC" -- Each transaction reported by a campaign is coded and audited by the SEEC. As part of this process we will randomly assign a unique number to each contributor (or vendor) to each campaign. When that contributor or vendor is involved in multiple transactions with the campaign we will group those transactions with this unique number.
"intCandidateLinkID_SEEC" -- The intLinkID_SEEC identifying each campaign's candidate.
"strTransactionType_SEEC" -- If the transaction cannot be linked then it is categorized here. PLEASE NOTE, transactions coded here as "2-Orphan" have been recently reported and not yet coded or processed by the SEEC and may duplicate or amend other transactions in this list. Transactions listed as "3z-Uncoded" will never be coded.
"strPDCFormLineNumber" -- The C4 or C3 PDC Form Schedule and Line number where each transaction is reported. "A.3" is Schedule A Line 3 Expenditures, "C3.2" is itemized contributions, etc... See the PDC forms for further information. www.pdc.wa.gov.
"moneyAmount","moneyAggregate" -- The amount contributed or expended, as reported by the campaign. The aggregate contributions from a contributor, as reported by the campaign.
"moneyMisc1","moneyMisc2" -- Certain transactions have multiple monetary amounts reported, such as with corrections. Those can be found here.
"strDescription" -- The description reported by the campaigns for expenditures and in-kind contributions and some other transactions.
"strReportedDepositDate" -- For transactions reported on a C3 form.
"moneyContributionsEffect_SEEC" -- The audited effect of the transaction on the campaign's contribution totals.
"moneyExpendituresEffect_SEEC" -- The audited effect of the transaction on the campaign's expenditure totals.

The participant ID used in datasets at the Democracy Voucher Program Data page, www.seattle.gov/democracyvoucher/program-data If this reported contribution is not matched against a voucher (or vouchers) the value of this field will be 0.
