This house was built in 1904 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. A plaque on the building also identifies the date of construction as 1904.

Exposed rafter tails are a signature feature of the Craftsman style. However, this structure also features Queen Anne style cottage windows and utilizes a foursquare scheme the anticipates elements of the Prairie style.

The original clapboard siding has been replaced or covered with concrete/asbestos shingle siding. The exposed rafter tails are now hidden behind added facias and gutters.
