The hip roof with intersecting cross gable and the cutaway bay identify this as a Queen Anne structure. The elliptical window, Tuscan porch columns and deep frieze identify it as an example of Free Classic design.

There is an early single story addition at the back off the structure. The porch railing has been replaced. The chimney has been altered.
