King County Property Record Card (c. 1938-1972) Washington State Archives

This house was built in 1902.

The structure was a single family residence when surveyed by the Assessor in 1937; however, the King County Property Record Card suggests that the structure was converted for use as a duplex at some point after that date. The building is presently a single family residence according to
the King County GIS Center Property Report.

The roof appears to have been modified, particularly at the eaves. The structure appears to have been altered at the view (east) side by an addition, though this elevation is partially hidden and cannot easily be evaluated. Windows were added at the back (east) elevation. Interior modifications likely because of the change of use from single family to duplex and then back to single family, and as a result of back end additions and alterations.
