The building is non-contributing. It originally housed the Fiesta Coffee Shop. The building was relocated from the lot to the east (Lot 6), which now serves as a pedestrian island, between Second Avenue Extension and Third Avenue, probably around 1953.
This is a somewhat diminutive one-story Mission Style building, 22 feet by 22 feet in plan. It dates from 1934 and post-dates the periods of significance for the Pioneer Square-Skid Road National Historic District and Pioneer Square Preservation District. It is therefore non-contributing. Its exterior walls are stucco over metal lath.
