Historic Name: Howard E. Miller House #1 Common Name:
Style: Tudor - Cottage Neighborhood: Georgetown
Built By: Year Built: 1937

Based on field work conducted in September 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the Georgetown neighborhood.

This is an altered but relatively intact historic property that may possess some limited architectural and/or historic significance. Due to its construction date (age), design character and/or condition limited historical research has been undertaken regarding this property. This property exhibits no substantive changes to the exterior appearance since it was identified in the 1997 HRI project. The building appears to have been renovated and new windows (or sound proofing sash)  have been installed.

Arched focal window. Leaded double-hung window (upper). Leaded casement. Tight eaves and rake. Altered window on the east elevation (aluminum). Chimney of multi-color brick may be original.
