The Seattle City Council is considering proposed legislation (Council Bill 119173) to amend Seattle’s land use code (Seattle Municipal Code Title 23) regulations related to off-street parking for motor vehicles and bicycles.  Key changes include:

 

EXPAND ACCESS TO OFF-STREET PARKING

 

 

OTHER CHANGES IN VEHICULAR PARKING REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS

 

 

CLARIFY HOW FREQUENT TRANSIT SERVICE IS MEASURED

 

BICYCLES

 

 

CHANGES TO PARKING-RELATED ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES IN CHAPTER 25.05

 

 

CHANGES TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT REGULATION ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 7.24

PUBLIC HEARING

The City Council’s Planning, Land Use and Zoning (PLUZ) Committee will hold a public hearing to take comments on the proposed changes to the land use regulations.  The hearing will be held on February 21, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. in:

600 Fourth Avenue
