This is a particularly well-preserved historic property that appears to possess architectural and/or historic significance.

Two and a half stories, gable front, wide barge boards, deep eaves, exposed rafters, full width hipped covered porch, balcony above with square wood balustrade, center steps, symmetrical facade, clapboard cladding, stuccy with half-timbering in gable end, double hung wood frame windows with divided sash, storms covering most windows, divided casements in gable end, large gabled wall dormer and tall brick chimney on south facade.
