This is a particularly well-preserved historic property that appears to possess architectural and/or historic significance.

One and one half story gable front and wing form, brick cladding with clapboard in the gable end, gabled roof dormers, groupings of three double-hung wood frame casement windows with leaded divided sash and flanking shutters on the main floor, double-hung wood with divided lights in gable end and dormers, recessed porch, door with storm door, brick chimney on south facade.
