King County GIS Center Property Report (; accessed August 18, 2008)

King County Property Record Card (c. 1938-1972) Washington State Archives

This is a two-and-a-half story, clapboard, shingle and brick clad, wood frame triplex on a brick foundation, over a quarter basement. The porch appears to be built on a concrete foundation.

The essentially rectangular plan is capped by a crooss gable roof with moderate overhangs and enclosed soffits. A hip roof wraps around the northwest corner of the house at the partially inset entry porch.

The windows and doors are characterized by patterns and details customarily associated with the Queen Anne style.

This house was built in 1901 according to the King County Property Record Card; however, the King County GIS Center Property Report indicates the structure was completed in 1900.

The structure appears to have been built as a single family residence but now functions as a triplex. The date of the conversion is not known but appears to have occurred after 1937. A deck appears to have been added at the back of the structure. The front entry porch has been remodeled, its structure modified, its railing replaced, and the entry stairs moved and reconfigured. The front gable window has been significantly altered and the entry door has been replaced.
