King County GIS Center Property Report (; accessed August 18, 2008)

King County Property Record Card (c. 1938-1972) Washington State Archives

This is a one-and-a-half story, brick and stucco clad, wood frame single-family residence on a concrete foundation, over a full basement.

The irregular plan is capped by a cross gable roof with moderate overhangs and enclosed soffits. A barrel vault roof extends over the small entry porch. The cottage style windows and doors are characterized by patterns and details associated with a number of turn-of-the century styles. Although the verticality of the roof and windows anticipates Tudor Revival work, the roof overhangs and double hung windows are more typical of late Queen Anne and early twentieth century styles.

This house was built in 1900 according to the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1926; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.

There is an addition at the rear (west elevation) of the structure. The basement garage may also be an added element. Windows may have been replaced at the dormers.
