King County GIS Center Property Report (; accessed August 18, 2008)

King County Property Record Card (c. 1938-1972) Washington State Archives

The essentially rectangular plan is made irregular by the projecting front porch and a large "bump out" at the rear of the structure. The hip roof with lower intersecting gable roof, and the cutaway bay at the front of the house, are signature features of the Queen Anne style.

This house appears to have been built in 1903. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1965.It has been remodeled again since that time.

Almost all of the window and door openings have been altered and the original windows have been replaced more than once, most recently with vinyl or aluminum units. The siding and most of the opening details appear to have altered in the mid 1960s; however, the cladding and some of the details have been returned to a condition resembling their original state. The entry porch stairs and the porch and stair railings have been replaced.
