King County Property Record Card (c. 1938-1972) Washington State Archives

The rendering of the west elevation, featuring corner bays, gives the structure the appearance of a foursquare design; however, the structure has a bungalow footprint and Craftsman detailing. The large cottage style windows may be residual elements of Queen Anne design.

This house was built in 1906.

The large cottage type window facing the street at the northwest corner of the house appears to have been replaced in kind but without divided lights in the upper sash. The side walls at the entry stair have been altered. The exposed rafter tails are hidden by an added gutter system.
