King County Property Record Card (c. 1938-1972) Washington State Archives

This house was built in 1906.

The houses at 806 and 810 30th Avenue appear to have been built as a group (or as part of a group), to share a floor plan, and to exhibit similar fenestration and detailing.

A small one-story addition was constructed near the center of the rear elevation prior to 1937, according to the King County Property Record Card. Two small windows may have been added to the structure. Entry stair railings appear to have been added, or the original railings have been replaced. The exposed rafter tails have been covered by a non-original gutter assembly.
