The moderate roof slope, exposed rafter tails, and ganged windows identify this structure as an example of the Craftsman style.

This house was built in 1906.

The front steps appear to have been replaced in kind. Some light fixtures have been replaced, and bracketing (for scaffolding or for window boxes) has been added between the windows in the front-facing elevation. The entry door has been replaced in kind. The present entry door opening, the existing entry sidelights, and the rectangular bay just north of the entry were all in place by 1937. Storm windows have been added to portions of the existing window openings.
