Appearance
This house was built in 1906.

There appears to be an early one story addition at the rear. Some of the windows appear to have been replaced or modified and the front door has been replaced. The siding, which was covered with composition or cement asbestos shakes in the 1950s, appears to have been refurbished and returned to its original state except at the cornice, which has been altered by removal of the dentil strip. The porch roof has been altered by removal of the decorative balustrade which originally surmounted it and the addition of a new hip roof. The porch steps have been rebuilt.
