King County GIS Center Property Report (; accessed July 22, 2008)

King County Property Record Card (c. 1938-1972) Washington State Archives

This is a two-and-a-half story, clapboard, shingle and vertical board siding clad wood frame duplex on a concrete foundation but without a basement. The porch is on a post and beam foundation according to the Property Record Card.

The irregular but essentially rectangular plan is capped by a high hipped roof with lower cross gables (an identifying feature of the Queen Anne style). The soffits are enclosed.
