Currently occupied by 5 retail tenants. Current primary tenants are Anthony Beauty School and Saigon Deli.

 

It is located in the area of the International District neighborhood known as Little Saigon where many Vietnamese businesses are located, but is not located within either the local Special Review or the NR district boundaries.
