Historic Name: Unknown Common Name:
Style: Arts & Crafts - Craftsman Neighborhood: University
Built By: Year Built: 1918
Based on field work conducted in October 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the University Park neighborhood. This is an altered but relatively intact historic property that may possess some limited architectural and/or historic significance.
This Craftsman bungalow has a side-gabled roof form with a prominent gabled roof dormer and a symmetrical facade. It has deep eaves, exposed rafter ends and knee braces. Its full width porch has center steps, square wood railings and a balustrade and a wide gabled porch roof.  The house is clad in narrow clapboard siding with coursed shingles in the roof dormer. Windows are original, wood frame, double-hung with divided uppers with the exception of a newer basement window below the porch and a few newer windows on non-primary facades. A gabled hanging box bay is located on the south facade and a brick chimney pierces the eaves on the north facade.
