This is a one story vernacular cottage with Craftsman details. It is raised on a daylight basement. It has a hipped roof, one over one double hung wooden sash windows and an inset corner porch with square wooden support post. It has wide eaves with exposed decorative rafter ends and hipped roof stoops supported by knee braces. These stoops cover basement entries. Original siding is covered with asbestos shingles. A frame double garage with paneled doors and shingle gable ends is included in the property.
