Historic Name: Common Name:
Style: Queen Anne - Free Classic Neighborhood: Wallingford
Built By: Year Built: 1900
This house was built in 1900 according to the King County Assessor Property Characteristics Report (accessed 2005), 1902 according to the King County Property Record Card (c. 1937). The original owner, designer and building are not known; however, the house appears to have been owned by Clara C. L and J. L. Barack by 1931. E. L. Kohler appears to have purchased the house in 1938. The house changed hands at least six times between 1953 and 1999. The current owners purchased it from the McNeil family in 1999. The massing of the house has changed very little since it was photographed by the Assessor in 1937 and most of the windows appear to be original. However, the siding and window trim has been substantially altered.
