Based on field work conducted in September 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the Georgetown neighborhood.

This is a well-preserved historic property that appears to possess limited architectural and/or historic significance.  Due to its construction date (age), design character and/or condition no historical research has been undertaken regarding this property. This property exhibits no substantive changes to the exterior appearance since it was identified in the 1997 HRI project.

Small minimal traditional ranch style house with wide clapboard cladding. Gable roof type covered with composition roofing. Double-hung multi-light upper sash. Central entry with porch. Porch has a gable/arched hood. Main side gable with offset front gable. Central red brick chimney.
