Appearance
This is an excellent example of a Craftsman bungalow. Its simple, bold massing is softened by [the] use of three different sidings as well as knee brace and modillian details. The front facing gable is clad in coursed shingles, the first floor level in narrow beveled siding and the foundation in wider clapboard. The inset corner porch is supported by a hearty square column. A shed dormer projects from the east as does a square bay. An awkward stone chimney, probably a replacement, rises on the east side while a brick chimney serves the rear of the house. There is a single car, clapboard garage to the rear.
