This historic property was identified in the 1997 HRI; however, based on field work conducted in September 2014 it has been demolished and is no longer extant.

Craftsman style builder's bungalow with wood shingles nd asbestos cladding, gable roof, composition roofing, and post & pier foudation. Full-width porch with tapered column supports. Double-hung cottage windows with sidelights. Exposed rafter ends on the porch and wide beadboard.
